Bought this locally for my work gym, much more exspensive in Euros. Great speed bag platform. Limeted moblity on the heavy bag side due to the legs. Overall quality is good. Small footprint considering the legs on the heavy bag side.

a real good stand for people who cant hang from higher up. its a durable meatal frame and can with stand the punishment.
only problem is you have to realy wiegh it down for it not to wabble, a few bags of concrete on the base will do.

only concrn i have is i wish it was taller to help out taller people, im not tall but i still like to punch alittle higher than straight in front of me

same problem all other bag stands have, if you are hitting the bag really hard it can tend to move, so you have to put weights at the base to weigh it down, other than that, nice compact design

Pros:
-Hold your heavy bag and speed bag
- Good for boxers.
- Build is great
- Lightweight.

Cons:
-Thai Bag doesnt fit
-Speed Bag stand isnt the greatest and sometimes you dont get the best bounce from the speed ball because the stand shakes.
