I bought this for their 100lb bag, and use it in my basement for bag rounds when I can't get to the gym. It's a solid stand, but you DEFINITELY need a good amount of weight plates to hold it down in place. Otherwise- it's scooting all over the floor! So factor in a bunch of 10lb weight plates into the price.

Not a bad stand sometimes might budge but its not a bad design if weighed down.

Bought this locally for my work gym, much more exspensive in Euros. Great speed bag platform. Limeted moblity on the heavy bag side due to the legs. Overall quality is good. Small footprint considering the legs on the heavy bag side.

a real good stand for people who cant hang from higher up. its a durable meatal frame and can with stand the punishment. only problem is you have to realy wiegh it down for it not to wabble, a few bags of concrete on the base will do.
only concrn i have is i wish it was taller to help out taller people, im not tall but i still like to punch alittle higher than straight in front of me
