Definitely get another bag. This bag tore up my gloves and knuckles, came apart easy, and was a really bad buy. My gym ended up going with a UFC bag that works really well.

This is a really cheap made bag, I wouldnt recommend it to anyone because it settles at the bottom and gets soft up top

The material is coarse and will tear up your gloves/hands and its priced high for how cheap its made

go ahead and use this canvas bag, but i'd recommend buying a bag made out of a different material, especially if you like to mix in some kicks while youre practicing stand up.

the canvas on this bag really tore up my knuckles when i trained with my mma gloves on. so if you don't have full boxing gloves or heavy bag gloves i suggest picking on of the other ones
