Have this at my gym and love it. Can hit most every muscle group with all the different things you can do on it. If you don't have a gym membership you should pop for this. You could do a little circuit in the morning before you hop in the shower and feel good about yourself!

Use this at my local gym all the time. It's nice and provides a great work out At the Gym, but I would think twice about getting this for your home. It is extremely big and will take up alot of space, not to mention the high price!
