this is really good because of the grip and compare to the other ones they are soft so its hard to catch sometime.

I have used this and a Nike ball before.  I like this one better because it has a better grip and bounces, unlike some other medicine balls.  The only hard choice will be picking the weight you want.

Medicine balls are some of my favorite exercise equipment. These are good and are definitely better than some I've used but they also aren't the best I've used. For the price they are worth it though.
