These Sit Up Benches are the best way to loose weight around the waist. They help you to train harder. And this Sit Uo Bench is incredible. Really recommendable.

not good because of price

this isn't too great of a product becasue of the price. This doesn't really add that much to regular situps. The padding for your legs are rough and too thin. It irritates my skin and the lack of thickness hurts my legs when trying to use it. Also, like other people have said, it takes up way too much space which could be used for something more useful.

This is a great price for what you get, in order to get the most out of it i personally think you needd to invest in weights dumbbells or barbells to hold on your chest or there are several medicine ball workouts that would go well but you would need a partner, it is a little big for the average room it would probably be best in a place such as a garage

Great for ab workouts

This is great for ab workouts, however it is pricey and takes up alot of space without having alot of versatility. If you have the extra space, this can really help supplement regular situps.

Dont buy unless you are going to do weighted sit ups but if you want to a lot more money get an ab wheel you save a lot more room and money and get a way better workout .
