Great speedbag but comparable to all other speedbag sets out there. From my experience this one is on the high end in terms of price, so if you dont care about brand you can find cheaper alternatives. Also make sure you place it somewhere where noise won't be an issue since the constant pounding will disturb people (Ex. in a condo)

This is a pretty good speedbag setup, its a bit cheaper than the everlast version, its about the same quality-wise, the bag rebounds great and it definitely builds up your hand speed and coordination

I got this for my home. Great for training. Fairly easy to set up, at least two people are recommended for safety purposes. The price is okay. You can get cheaper ones but TKO is a very good high quality brand!
