Very nice and very slick and smooth. I am what you call a robotic boxer with not much mechanics but this helps alot at that. The Lifestyle Fitness where I live just got all TKO equipment in there boxing area so I def know alot of the equipment they sell.

This is not as good as an everlast speed bag, but does the job at a cheaper price

This is a nice bag, it rebounds great and the swivel is smooth unlike the plastic ball type, Most speed bags are sold without a swivel so this is a good deal you get both

This is a good deal since it comes with the swivel, most speedbags do NOT

As far as the bag alone, its an average speedbag, rebounds good and for the price you cant beat it, you have to triple to price to get any quality difference

Swivel has popped out before a couple of times and nearly knocked my head off. Bag quality seems very durable it's a shame about the bad swivel..
