Im not a fan of title and it does what it should do.. reduce swelling. I mean you can pick up a cheaper one that does the same thing which would probably be a better idea.. pretty pricey as is

worth the price

As others have said you could pick up a regular endswell for quite a bit less but the ice compartment is a nice feature and IMO keeps the tool colder and definatley for longer.
Which ever you choose just don't forget to put a little vaseline on it before use....(Cold tool->warm skin=sticking tongue on frozen pole in the winter)

Some people are mad at the price, but I think its a very good tool. A plain enswell would be fine, but this one is cool, as it can stay cold longer and is pretty neat. If you dont mind spending a little more on a jazzed up tool, go ahead and pick this up.
