Return Policy

Fighter Warehouse offers an easy and hassle free return policy. Returns that occur within 45 days of original order date are eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange.   Simply email us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Then send the item(s), along with the original sales receipt and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to our warehouse. Please contact us to obtain an RMA before shipping the return. Items returned AFTER 45 days and/or WITHOUT contacting Fighter Warehouse will NOT be refunded. Custom orders are not eligible for returns.
 
Once your return is received, our Customer Support team will issue a refund to your credit card. If you choose to have the item(s) exchanged, then our shipping department will process the reshipment within 24 hours of receiving the returned merchandise. Fighter Warehouse will not issue refunds, credits, or exchanges until the returned merchandise is received.

Please note that International returns will have duty fees and taxes deducted from the refund amount if such fees were paid by Fighter Warehouse.
 
Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is "without showing signs of wear or damage in any way." Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once received by Fighter Warehouse. For hygiene purposes, mouth guards, groin protectors and under garments can not be returned.
                              
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by Fighter Warehouse, please email us at [email protected] Items that are defective and shipped from Fighter Warehouse, or items that you did not order but received from Fighter Warehouse will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
           
Fighter Warehouse may, at its discretion, charge a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged.
 
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs of replacement order if seller is not at fault. If Fighter Warehouse is at fault, our Customer Support team will issue a call tag to have the package picked up and shipped back to our warehouse, at no cost to you.
