Returns that occur within 7 days of original delivery date are eligible for a cash refund. Returns that occur up to 14 days after original delivery date are eligible for store credit or exchange ONLY. Returns after the 14 day period will not be accepted. Custom orders are not eligible for returns. Original sales receipt and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must accompany returns. Please contact customer service at 813-333-0639 to obtain an RMA before shipping the return. Items returned AFTER 14 days and/or WITHOUT contacting Fighter Warehouse will NOT be refunded.
Please note that orders originally shipped under "free shipping" will have their true shipping costs deducted from the refund/credit amount.
Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is “without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.” Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once received by Fighter Warehouse.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by Fighter Warehouse, please contact Customer Support immediately at 813-333-0639. Items that are defective and shipped from Fighter Warehouse, or items that you did not order but received from Fighter Warehouse will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
Fighter Warehouse may, at its discretion, charge a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 14 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs of replacement order if seller is not at fault.
